Cancellation policy

Where possible, please allow 48 hours to cancel or change your appointment, this gives us adequate time to fill the slot or to offer it to another customer on our cancellation list.

If you fail to give 48 hours notice 50% of the treatment cost will be charged, if you fail to turn up or cancel on the day of your appointment 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

If you reduce your appointment time/treatments when you arrive to your appointment you will be charged for the original treatments/time booked out. If you reduce your appointment time/treatments with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of the cancelled services.

We may ask you to pay a non refundable booking fee on future appointments if you wish to rebook after not turning up or giving less than 48 hours notice to cancel or amend a booking.
