Salon Etiquette

All treatment times are approximate and include consultation, preparation time and aftercare.

Please be on time for your appointment, arriving late means we may need to shorten or alter your appointment to ensure our day runs as planned. You will still be charged for the full treatment timing.

Please advise us if you are pregnant or require any particular assistance when making your appointment, we can adapt treatments to suit your needs if given prior notice.

We ask clients to switch off mobile phones to keep our environment as relaxing as possible.

The salon is not a suitable environment for children, we ask that children are not brought to the salon due to health, safety and insurance purposes, we also want you (and other customers) to relax and enjoy your time with us.

Please ensure you give your therapist your full attention during your consultation and during treatments where we need your cooperation.

Gift vouchers are available to buy in the salon or over the phone, we can also provide a postal service for an added fee. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, the is stated on your voucher. Please look after your gift vouchers as they cannot be replaced or refunded if they are lost. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

Please do not bring food and drink into the salon, especially to consume during services where we are treating your hands. Our environment is clean and sterile, help us keep it that way.

If we have time and the service you are having is suitable, a hot or cold drink will be offered during your visit.
